COSA JUZGADA RELATIVA POR REFORMA CONSTITUCIONAL
En caso de cambio o de reforma constitucional, la cosa juzgada constitucional pasa de ser absoluta a relativa y puede ser removida por la Corte Constitucional, no obstante mediar fallo que haya resuelto sobre la constitucionalidad de una norma de rango legal anterior a la nueva disposición superior.
