Het betreft de aan klaagster gezonden nieuwsbrief van Karwei met de tekst

GÉÉN BTW BIJ KARWEI!”.
De klacht
In de uiting wordt gesuggereerd dat er 19% korting wordt gegeven, terwijl uit de website van adverteerder blijkt dat de korting 15,97% bedraagt. De uiting is misleidend.
