Het betreft het aanbod van en de bestelmodule voor het product “TV + Internet” op adverteerders website www.ziggo.nl (subpagina https://www.ziggo.nl/#producten/tv-internetr/z1/).
De klacht
In de uiting staat onder het kopje “Televisie”: “TV Standaard met 25 analoge, circa 60 digitale en 16 HD zenders”.
