De zorg voor de Pandhuiswet 1910, voor zover deze thans behoort tot de taak van Onze Minister van Financiën, gaat over naar Onze Minister van Economische Zaken.

Dit besluit treedt in werking met ingang van de dag na de datum van uitgifte van het Staatsblad waarin het wordt geplaatst en werkt terug tot en met 1 januari 2010.
