NOTA VAN TOELICHTING.

Het Besluit Woningbouwimpuls 2020 treedt in werking met ingang van 18 juli 2020 en werkt terug tot en met 1 juli 2020.

Met dit besluit treedt het Besluit Woningbouwimpuls 2020 op 18 juli 2020 in werking. Op grond van artikel 11, tweede lid, van het Besluit Woningbouwimpuls 2020 is bepaald dat het Besluit Woningbouwimpuls 2020 terugwerkt tot en met 1 juli 2020.
