EL CONGRESO CONSTITUYENTE DEMOCRATICO
POR CUANTO:
El Congreso Constituyente Democrático, en sesión del Pleno celebrada el 13 de mayo de 1995, y conforme la autonomía reglamentaria que le concede el Artículo 94 de la Constitución Política del Perú y a lo establecido en los Artículos 1 y 2 de su Reglamento;
