Okresem składkowym, o którym mowa w art. 10 ust. 1 pkt 1 ustawy z

dnia 17 grudnia 1998 r. o emeryturach i rentach z Funduszu Ubezpieczeń Spo-

łecznych (Dz.U. Nr 162, poz. 1118 ze zm.) jest okres podlegania ubezpieczeniu

społecznemu rolników na podstawie ustawy z dnia 27 października 1977 r.
