This is the decision of the Tribunal in the appeal of the Appellant against the decision of the Respondent made on 19 June 2025 in respect of the asylum claim dated 18 August 2024. In making this decision I have considered that justice being administered openly and in public is a fundamental tenet of the justice system but it may be qualified by the interests of the parties and family members.
