This is a reference to determine the compensation payable by Lancaster City Council, the acquiring authority, to Thomas Newall Limited (TNL) for the freehold interest in a former mill known as St George’s Works, St George’s Quay, Lancaster, LA1 5QJ (the reference land) which was acquired by the acquiring authority in 2006. Two references were made to the Tribunal.
