Introduction The appellant in this case is the freehold owner of premises, 14 Stansfield Road, London SW9 9RZ, divided into flats. By notice dated 14 June 2011 the respondent, an RTM company, gave the appellant notice of its claim under section 79 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 to acquire the right to manage the premises.
