This is an appeal from the decision of the Valuation Tribunal for England (Professor Graham Zellick QC, President) dated 24 April 2012 whereby the VTE decided that a proposal made by the respondent to alter the 2010 rating list in respect of 508 London Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey CR7 7HQ must be treated as valid and that, in consequence, the substantive appeal must be considered by the VTE.
