PETERS, District Judge.
The ship sailed from Philadelphia, after the libellants had shipped as mariners, on the 30th of August, 1810, bound for ICiehl, in Denmark; she was captured by a French privateer, and carried to Dieppe, in France, where she arrived on the 19th October, ensuing.
