This bill is filed by the Union Bank of Tennessee against the United States’ Bank of Pennsylvania and John Sommer-ville and Foster & Fogg, alleging that the Bank of the United States is indebted to the complainant in the sum of $1336 93, and that the other defendants have in their hands effects of the said Bank, sufficient to discharge said debt,
