This is an action of covenant brought by Wickliffe and Nourse upon an injunction bond executed to them on tjle 27th Oct. 1819, by Stephen Lee, with Thomas C. Roberts and John Hughes, jr., his securities. Hughes having died, this action was brought against the administrator de bonis non of his estate, and against his heirs.
