This was a suit in chancery in the Chicot circuit court, and from the record before us, the case appears to be this : On the 6th January, 1845, Duncan G. Campbell, domiciled in Arkansas, where his property was situate, made and published his will in the State of Mississippi, where he had gone temporarily on a visit.
