This was an ’ action of debt, brought by Whittaker and Palmer against Murray and Saunders. The declaration was on the record of a' judgment, rendered in the court of common pleas for the county of St. Louis and State of Missouri, in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants. The defendants craved oyer of the record, and demurred to the declaration.
