Ross & Leitch brought an action of assumpsit, in the Independence Circuit Court, against Edwin T. Burr, Henry F. Archer, Hulbert F. Fairchild and Newton W. Patterson, as late merchants and partners, under the firm, name and style of Burr <f Co.
