The questions made, arise upon the admission and rejection of evidence.

Upon the trial, the plaintiff sought to introduce as a witness, James Platt, one of the firm of Platt & Bailey, the assignors of the plaintiff. This firm, on the 6th of February, 1856, made a bill of sale to Hedge & Co.
