This case is now before us the second time. It is a suit for the probate of the will of G. W. S. Marr, deceased, upon an issue of devisavit vel non in the Circuit Court of Obion. This appeal in error is to reverse a judgment against the validity of the will, upon the new trial granted to the plaintiffs at our last term.
