The bill in this case was brought by Ezekiel and Burton H. Ivinsworthy for confirmation of the sale of certain tracts of land described as the west half of section 6, north-west quarter of section 7, and the south half north-east quarter of section 27, township 13 south of range 25 west, which had been sold by the sheriff for
