McGANDLESS, District Judge.

Satisfied with the verdict in this case, I do not feel disposed to disturb it, except upon substantial grounds. There is one point to which I have given much reflection, because it will be a precedent, and, if wrong, “many errors, by the same example, will creep” into this court.
