— Subdivision 7 of section 87, page 543 of the compilation, known as “The Public Statutes,” was repealed by section 4, of chapter 11, of the Collated Statutes, 1853, so that there is now no statutory provision forbidding the joinder of a claim against a trustee, with a claim against the'same person in his individual capacity or against other persons.
