This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to dissolve an "injunction.'

The plaintiff) Jacobs, as the assignee of Leonora Rohman, brought an action in the Marine Court in the year 1855, against the defendant Morange, to recover the amount of a judgment, which Mrs. Rohman had obtained against the sheriff’, and which Morange had collected as her attorney.
