This is an appeal from the circuit court of Wilcox county.

The appellant was indicted for grand larceny, at the spring term of the circuit court of Wilcox county, in 1869. On the trial of this indictment, which occurred on the 1th day of November, 1869, the accused was convicted and sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
