These causes, having been consolidated and heard together in the Chancery Court at ' Athens, were brought to this court by appeals granted to all the parties. They grew out of the last will and testament ot Thomas Trew, deceased, and certain proceedings alleged to have been had under it in the County Court of McMinn county.
