BLATCHFORD, District Judge.

This libel is filed by the owners of the ferry-boat John S. Darcy, against the propeller John Taylor, to recover for the damages sustained by the libellants in consequence of a collision which took place between the two vessels on the 31st of October. 1807. in the Hudson river, just below the ferry slip at the foot of Des-brosses street.
