This suit was brought by Jonathan Shafer against David Coffman’s representatives, to enforce a sale of land to satisfy a debt which he had seemed by deed of trust thereon. The lands were conveyed to him by his-father, Joseph Coffman, by deed of bargain and sale bearing date the 19th of August, 1844; and the deed of trust conveying them to Allen C.
