Tbe last will and testament of Zacbary Peck, late of tbe city of New York, was presented to tbe surrogate for probate. Tbe will devised and bequeathed all bis estate to bis wife, and nominated her sole executrix. Tbe brothers and sisters of tbe testator appeared to contest tbe will, and filed objections to tbe probate thereof.
