This was a bill in chancery filed by appellee against her husband, Eleazer T. Barrett, and her three brothers, J esse M., Sanford, and Seldon Richards.

The object of the bill was to obtain the appointment of a receiver, to receive and take charge of certain notes in the possession of Richards & Bro.
