Tbis was a bill in equity filed in tbe Chancery Court of Nashville, Tenn., to enjoin tbe collection of taxes upon that part of the railroad of the St. Louis and Southwestern Railway Company which was originally owned by tbe Edgefield and Kentucky Railroad Company.
