This suit was commenced under section 8200, Revised Statutes, and sections following, to establish and enforce a lien against the Kansas City, St. Louis & Chicago Railroad Company, for cement sold by plaintiff to Reid & Taylor, sub-contractors in building said road, to be used in the construction thereof.
