—This is an action brought to recover the sum of $4,254.66, from the defendant as one of the sureties on a bond given under and in *216pursuance of several orders of this court made in an action wherein Abraham B. Clark was plaintiff, and Abraham Binninger was defendant, and conditioned that one of the obligors, Thomas J. Barr, who had been appointed receiver .
