This case came to the County Court upon an appeal by the insolvent from the decision of the Court of Insolvency-refusing to proceed in the matter of his insolvency. In the County- Court the defendants in the appeal moved to dismiss it,, claiming that no right of appeal existed from the action of the-Court of Insolvency.
