This was an action upon an insurance policy issued by appellant to appellee, insuring his barn in the sum of $800. The declaration is in the usual form, setting out the policy, with its various clauses and conditions, alleging the insurance of the barn and its subsequent burning while the policy was in force. The plea was the general issue.
