This was an action brought in the district court of Douglas county on July 29, 1886, by George W. White against Kate M. White and Susan E. Spencer, for the partition of certain real estate, less than one acre, situated in the city of Lawrence, in said county. The plaintiff claimed an undivided one-sixth interest in such real estate.
