This suit was brought by the plaintiff in error against J. Robert Williams and W. H. Westover, as principals, and John Klosterman, Abel Hill, and Archibald I'. Coon, as *153sureties, upon a certain bond given by the defendants to one Henry E. Lewis, of which the following is a copy:
