Judgment.reversed.

J. H. Hunt sued T. B. Montgomery on a promissory note payable to the order of Magee, Fletcher &-Co., and indorsed by them. The jury found for the plain tiff j and the defendant excepted to the refusal of a new trial. The pleas of the defendant set up that the note was without consideration, and that the plaintiff was not a bona ftde holder without notice.
