This was a bill in equity, filed in the circuit court of Cook county by certain land owners, who are appellants here, to enjoin appellees, two cemetery corporations, from constructing a certain sewer so as to drain their cemeteries, and especially to underdrain certain wet and swampy portions thereof used and to be used in burying the dead,
