The plaintiff sues in this action for the value of certain materials which he sold and delivered to the Sportsman’s Park and Club (a corporation), to be used by it in the construction of an improvement on certain leasehold premises, and he also, sought to enforce a mechanic’s lien against the building and the leasehold.
