This is a proceeding in chancery, where complainant-seeks to have defendants enjoined from hindering or interfering with the operation of complainant’s cars over the ‘ ‘ Y ” switch at the intersection of Cass avenue and South Gratiot streets, and the “ Y ” on Butler street, in the city of Mt. Clemens. The case was heard in open court.
