This action was prosecuted in the court below to recover from the defendant, a corporation, damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by its negligence. The plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, and defendant appeals therefrom and also from an order denying its motion for a new trial.
