BraNNON, Judge:

Childers and Ramey filed a bill in equity in the circuit court of Tyler against Neely, praying that a partnership between them be dissolved, an account taken “of all its accounts, dealings, and transactions whatever,” and that a manager be appointed to take charge of the property. The business was oil production.
