This is a proceeding in error brought for the purpose of reversing the judgment of the court of common pleas. One Levi Lee began an action against Hannah E. Ward in September, 1885, on two notes that were held against her one dated September 1, 1881, for $100, and one of March 10, 1882. for $80.
