The action is by the indorsee against the payees of a note for the recovery of a balance of $951.26, with interest due ihereon. The cause of action accrued February, 1890. At that time both defendants were residents of Malone, ÜST. Y. In April, 1890, the defendant Leslie C. Wead departed from this State, and took up his residence and has ever since resided in Massachusetts.
