1 *7382 *737In a suit begun June 6, 1894, and affirmed in this court May 27, 1897, Estella D. Markley alleged in lier petition ownership of the 80 acres of land in controversy, adverse possession for 12 years that plaintiff herein claimed interest therein, and asked that her title be quieted.
