This controversy arises over the act of the The Coronado Mining Company, as lessee of The Wolcott Mining Company, in excavating under the streets and alleys of an alleged addition to the city of Leadville known as Stray Horse Addition to the city of ■ Leadville, and extracting ore therefrom.
