Appellee, the vendee in the contract the specific performance of which is here sought to be enforced, paid $300.00 in cash upon September 25,1899, the day of the execution of the contract. The next payment of $3980.00 with interest was to be made on March 1, 1900, but the contract does not name the place at which such payment was to be made.
