Certiorari to the district court of Hennepin county to return the record in condemnation proceedings under Laws 1897, c. 88.

The petitioners are owners of land adjacent to Six-Mile creek, an inlet of Lake Minnetonka, some twelve miles above the dam maintained at the outlet of the lake for the “improvement of navigation, preservation of health,” etc., under the statute referred to.
