LA-COMBE, Circuit Judge.
The petitioner was arrested on the 2d day of November, 1901, upon information charging her with having imported two women into the United States for purposes of prostitution. She was brought before a United States commissioner, and, a hearing having been had, warrant was issued committing her to the custody of the marshal, to. await the action of the grand jury.
