In the above matter the only liability for which limitation is sought relates to the claim of Mary Madigan, administratrix of the estate of her husband, Patrick Madigan. He was a servant of the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, which had contracted with the petitioner to supply the former’s steamships with coal to be delivered alongside.
